How do I join?

We welcome new singers to join WACC’s offerings at the start of any Mini Series or Season or join us for a one-off workshop.

No auditions are held but pre-registration is required for our events. If you’re looking to add singing in community into you life, come on.

We offer workshops, full seasons & mini series

All our events have a sliding scale and are open to any and all singers.What’s the difference between the different offerings?

Workshops/Community Sings:

Want to join us for a one-off singing event? Workshops or Community Sings give us a few hours of singing without needing to carve out a regular commitment. It’s a sweet was to get a blast of singing into your life and stay connected or meet the WACC community. Pre-registration is required

Community Sing & Potluck - July 11, 6-9pm
South African Singing Workshop w/ Bongani Magatyana - July 27th (details TBA)
Join the chorus / Open Sing - August 28, 7-9pm
Song Leaders Training - September 8, 10am-5pm

Full Season:

Let’s sing all fall! A WACC fall season runs 8-10 weeks in the fall and is a deeper dive into the music and community. We meet every week, have multiple potlucks, carpool to and from rehearsals together, have section leaders for more musical support and present 1-2 concerts. Pre-registration is required.

WACC Fall 2024 season - Sept. 4th - Nov. 13th / concerts Nov 16 & 17

Mini Series:

Let’s take it one month at a time. Join us for a few weeks, share in a potluck or two, learn some songs that build over a few weeks and enjoy a mini series of delicious music and community. Pre-registration is required.
